Our core business is gravity casting technology: we work alongside the customer 360°, from the liquid metal to the casting finish.
Artimpianti Srl is an engineering and manufacturer of complete systems for the complex technology of aluminum foundry. Our manufacturing facility is located in Italy, and we have cooperation in Mexico and in India, thereby being able to serve multiple continents.
We can offer solutions/systems to meet all foundry needs: from single machines operated manually to highly automated turnkey solutions. We create complete lines and cells with over 86% OEE and availability at 95%: automatic casting lines, modular, flexible and with a quick change of production, decoring machine, sand conveyor lines, pre-finish and finishing lines or cells.

The CHROT-2 rotary decoring machine, compared to traditional decoring machines, use the 180° cast rotation is able to improve and make the decoring operation more effective. Combining the vibration, hammering and rotation, it is possible to also decore the more difficult castings and those with particular geometries. Using siphons the sand comes out better thanks to the different excavation angles during the cycle.

Wide modularity and flexibility
The ModulArt casting line, starting with the basic
version, can be increased with additional modules
that enhance functionality, performance and meet
customers’ need over time.
In this way, the investment of the customer is
guaranteed.
Each ModulArt line can be tailored to specific production
or according to a particular layout.
From the basic version (1 axis) to the top one
(2 axes and raised robot).

Ability to work with 3 benches and degating machine
simultaneously.
Possibility to change the die while the other benches are working.
Automatic pre-finish and casting cooling in still air, forced air
or turbo ventilation.
