We are a small family-run craft coffee roasting company from Spilamberto and Vignola in the province of Modena. We carefully select the raw coffee, which we then roast by hand at the Spilamberto store. We are not a famous brand, but a small company that takes the best care of the raw material. This allows us to guide bartenders and restaurateurs to chose the best equipment and to select the most suitable coffee (blend or single origin) to serve in theirs bars.
