Tensor Check - Tensile and UTM Machine
Gibitre Tensor Check is a fully programmable tensile-testing system suitable for testing mechanical characteristics of materials including rubbers, plastics, composites, adhesives, leather, etc.
The instrument permits to perform traction, compression, hysteresis, peeling, flexural and shear tests in conformity with international standards.
A very large range of grips, platens and test jigs to perform all the different tests is available. Furthermore Gibitre is completely capable and independent in designing and manufacturing customized elements.
Rheometers MD and OD (Moving Die/Oscillating Disc) + MooneyCheck Viscometer
RHEOCHECK MD and OD - Drive measure the cure characteristics of a rubber compound in conformity respectively with the international standards ISO 6502-3 / ASTM D 5289 and ISO 6502-2 /ASTM D2084.
MOONEY CHECK - Drive is a Mooney Viscometer, which permits to measure the Mooney viscosity, Pre-curing (scorch) and Stress Relaxation of uncompounded or compounded rubbers in conformity with ISO 289-1, ISO 289-2, ISO 289-3, ASTM D 1646.

OZONE CHECK - UV: The instrument is a complete ozone cabinet conforming to ISO 1431 and ASTM D1149 for the measurement of the resistance to cracking under static or dynamic tensile strain of rubber samples or technical articles. The instrument permits to set the test conditions in order to comply with international standard methods.
It allows execution of static and dynamic tests, providing automatic regulation of Ozone Concentration, Temperature and Air Flow.
The Instruments also permits the regulation of:
Ozone Concentration, between 10 and 500 pphm (UV absorption detector);
Test temperature, between ambient +5°C and +70°C;
Air Flow in the Test Chamber, between 1 and 3 air changes/minute
