Our production starts from sowing, passing through drying and selection, to packaging. All steps are carried out only and exclusively in our region, the Casentino, a very suitable place for herbal production. That’s how we produce unique infusions, by blending different essences according to their properties and taste.

Authenticity, transparency and Preservation are the principles that guide our production of Infusions. The extreme care that we pay to our plants since the field, the biological growth with zero automation and the manual sorting in order to select only the best leaves and flowers, allow us to give you extremely high quality and excellent infusions both in taste and in perfume. An experience that involves all the senses and offers a unique and precious moment.



The properties and strong taste of our herbs can be savored in a different guise: our liqueurs, created with craftsmanship.
The Grappa is born from our lemon balm, lemony and intense, delicate but decisive, while our unique and renowed Amaro comes from the processing of 5 herbs (mint, lemon balm, monarda, yarrow and licorice) and has a sweet and fresh taste, enjoyable both cold and ambient.
Both spirits can accompany the after dinner pleasantly, joining any dessert you want.



The biological growth of our officinal herbs allows us to create another line of 100% natural products: Honey.
The rich, hardworking and tireless work of our bees, grown with patience and without external intervention, is combined with our blooms that begin in April and end in September. At their feet they find organic, natural flowers rich in properties, thanks to which they give us sought-after, precious varieties of honey with unique and unmistakable flavours.
