La Società agricola Caburna s.s. costituita nel 2016 in seguito al ricambio generazionale è un’azienda agricola operante nel settore agricolo con coltivazioni e allevamenti di capre.
Siamo un’azienda agricola situata nel comune di Ceresole D’alba in provincia di Cuneo nelle terre incontaminate del Roero, alleviamo circa 2000 capre da latte che alimentiamo con foraggi e materie prime di altissima qualita’autoprodotte.
Il nostro team è costituito prevalentemente da manodopera familiare specializzata per seguire passo dopo passo tutti i processi produttivi, dalla coltivazione dei campi alla mungitura del latte.
Il nostro latte viene trattato e confezionato a poche ore dalla mungitura per garantire freschezza e genuinita’ sulle vostre tavole.
Gestiamo la nostra azienda in modo ecosostenibile con strutture all’avanguardia per assicurare il benessere dei nostri animali e la qualita’ assoluta dei nostri prodotti.

The goat milk produced by the Cascina Caburna is a good substitute food for cow's milk, rich in calcium, phosphorus and vitamins.
A few hours after milking, it is subjected to uht processing and packaged in one-liter tetrapak packages.
The uht processing is a sterilization technique used for liquid food, that consists in treating the products at very high temperatures for a few seconds, in order to inactivate the microorganisms and make the milk suitable for distribution at room temperature with a long storage period while maintaining the properties and the taste unaltered.
