OUR STORY
Our company was founded in 1963 by Enzo Bonafè. With the initial help of a handful of collaborators and his wife Guerrina, Enzo Bonafè tried, in the midst of adversities, to obstinately bring to the forefront his personal ideas about the production of high-end footwear.
Over decades, these main lines have proved successful, allowing us to enlarge our productive performance and consolidate our market, to finally reach the shop-windows of the most prestigious boutiques in Italy, Europe, and throughout the world, where “Made in Italy” has always been synonymous of elegance and quality
Still today, Enzo Bonafè leads our company, as always with the help of his wife, his children Silvia and Massimo. A family-owned business, a perfect solution that goes hand in hand with the goal of keeping the organizational structure small and the production limited.
All this, because the essential criteria of our business continue to be the very high quality of raw materials, pure craftsmanship techniques, careful attention to every detail, and an almost obsessive control of every shoe produced. Today, our team of artisans, true teachers of the trade and champions of “hand-made” products, works along with a group of talented young people, longing to learn the techniques and the secrets that have enviously been passed on for centuries.
