Fratelli Fratta is a a young olive oil company producer located in Puglia region.
The company produces a luxury EVO 100% made in Puglia, high quality in a very iconic painted bottle.
We decided to express the real made in Italy style through our product with high quality EVO and fancy-style iconic bottle.
Last year we’ve started to participate in some international EVO competition and we’ve some interesting first results.
We’re present in both guide 2020 Gambero Rosso Oli d’Italia and 2020 Flos Olei and we got two medals. A gold medal at EVO IOOC and a silver cup at Milano International Olive Oil Award, this last held by Olio Officina with the help of ONAOO professional tasters.
Furthermore we’ve recently added a new line called Mater Cloelia, which includes conventional and organic EVO in 100, 250, 500ml.

Our video represents one of the most important time of the year for us : the harvest. In our 16 ha of olive groves we've several varieties producing an excellent extra virgin olive oil.

01 is the name of our first premium EVO.
Green color with golden shades. On the nose there are enveloping explosions of aromas of white almond and yellow fruits with notes of thistle and flowers.
In the mouth the almond precedes notes of aromatic herbs such as basil and thyme. Bitter and spicy notes close the entire profile with elegance and harmony.
Ideal for salads, vegetable soups, risotto, white and red meats, fish, soft cheeses, mayonnaise.

Mater Cloelia is the EVO dedicated to our family matriarch.
Intense green color.
Medium fruity with characteristic notes of almond and fruit, especially apple.
Very mild, balanced in the mouth, gently bitter and pungent. Deep notes of cut grass and greenery.
Ideal to use on top of spaghetti, salad, grilled chicken, game, bruschetta and mozzarella.
