Ci troviamo nel nord-ovest dell'Italia, a pochi chilometri da Vercelli, pienamente immersi nella campagna della Pianura Padana lambita dal fiume Sesia. Questa è la culla che custodisce e preserva varietà di cereali e legumi tra le più rinomate della tradizione Italiana.

La nostra azienda produce e commercializza cereali e legumi, dai quali otteniamo delicate farine con e senza glutine.
Produciamo anche 32 differenti tipi di risotti pronti, 9 diversi couscous aromatizzati e 8 couscous gluten free di legumi e mais.
Tutti i nostri prodotti sono disponibili anche biologici.

We, as a farm, have been growing cereals and legumes since 1800 in compliance with the practices that safeguard the environment and its biodiversity.
We are located in the North-West of Italy, a few kilometers from Vercelli, fully immersed in the countryside of the Po Valley at the board with the Sesia river. It is in this cradle that we are able to preserve several varieties of cereals and legumes which are the most famous in the Italian tradition.
Our company produces cereals and legumes, from which we get delicate with gluten or gluten-free flours. Moreover we produce 32 different tipes of ready to cook risotto, 9 tipes of flavoured couscous, 8 tipes of corn or legumes couscous gluten-free.
All our products are available also organic.

Red rice is a variety of rice that is colored red by its anthocyanin content. It is usually eaten unhulled or partially hulled, and has a red husk, rather than the more common brown. Red rice has a nutty flavor. Compared to polished rice, it has the highest nutritional value of rices eaten with the germ intact.. Some red rice has low glycemic index. Red rice contains high antioxidant levels that reduce free radicals in the organism. Besides, it is a rich source of iron, magnesium, calcium and zinc content than white rice. Our red rice is produced in Vercelli, european capital of rice, whit the most advanced cultivation techniques, combining traditional methods, respecting and safeguarding the biodiversity that characterizes our land. Red rice is avaliable olso organic.



Risotto is the tipical meal of our country, Vercelli. In this format, ready to cook, we will have a excellent risotto in a cup of minutes. This product is avaliable in 32 different tastes.
Cooking instructions: in a pan brown half chopped onion in 20 g butter and 2 tablespoons oil, add the content and let flavor for few minutes then pour 1/2 glass dry white wine; let evaporate. Cook for about 15 more minutes on a medium flame adding hot broth a little per time, add salt. At the end add grated cheese (Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano).



Rice flour, alo known as rice powder, is a form of flour made from finely milled rice. Rice flour is a common substitute for wheat flour because is a gluten free product. Rice flour may be made from either white rice or brown rice. To make the flour, the husk of rice or paddy is removed and raw rice is obtained, which is then ground to flour. You can be use this flour for make rice pasta, dessert like biscuits.
Rice flour is also use in cosmetics products.



The chickpea (Cicer arietinum) is an annual legume of the family Fabaceae. Chickpea seeds are high in protein. It is one of the earliest cultivated legumes, and 9500-year-old remains have been found in the Middle East.

The chickpea is a key ingredient in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines, used in hummus, and, when ground into flour, falafel. It also is important in Indian cuisine, used in salads, soups and stews, and curry, in chana masala, and in other meal products like channa.
Our chickpeas is cultivated in Italy and are avaliable also organic.

Couscous is crushed durum wheat semolina formed into small granules or spheres. It’s commonly served in North African, Moroccan, Tunisian, and Algerian cuisine. The less refined grain is sold in different varieties of couscous with interesting nutritional perks. Couscous is a convenient product to have stocked in the pantry as an easy and fast alternative to rice, quinoa, and noodles. When cooked they look like golden spheres that have a pleasant nutty flavor.
