E.N.S. International is specialized in the construction of standard parts for moulds in compliance with International Regulations such as ISO, DIN, AFNOR, MABEC, CNOMO and NAAMS. Thanks to thirty year production experience, E.N.S. is able to meet the most demanding requirements, in addition to standard items, countless items according to customer's design, from sampling to big orders. Over 6000 standard items are in stock, ready for same day dispatch. Custom special drawings and requirements can be produced in 10/12 working days. For the last 15 years, the Company has risen to become one of the Italian and European leaders in mould manufacturing thanks to its high quality products, fast delivery times, competitive prices and exceptional customer service.
E.N.S. International standard series includes "ITALIA" and "EURO" for plastic and die-casting products, "ISO" for die casting moulds, interchangeable with the products of the major European manufactureres and "AUTO", the newest in the series which is in line with DIN9833/VW39d969 and WDX/AFNOR.
Orders for our stock items that are placed before 12am are dispatched the same day.
The range of pillars and bushes start from 10mm to 160mm. The maximum length is dependent on the inner diameter. Tolerance and quality are guarenteed by certified random testing during all stages of production, processing and material certificates are available upon request.

By a mechanical treatment some micropores are forming superficially.
This microporosity is filled by fluorocarbon polymers.
Thanks to this process, the surface wear of polymers does not change characteristics of treatment.
Good anti-sized properties and low friction coefficient (0,06) are developed through the combination of fluoropolymers and graphite.
