PRINTING TECHNOLOGIES
We design and assemble Inkjet marking and coding systems using different technologies since 2002.
We can always offer our customer the best technological solution together with lower prices and more suitable customization thanks to our huge range of products.
We sell our products either to end customers who need to print the date of expiration or production either to manufacturers who need to integrate our ink jet systems into their machine.
As we are both designers and manufacturers, we can customize our ink jet systems to suit client’s needs.
We offer our experience at the service of those who want to customize their products and their packaging for a greater visibility and quality.
COMPANY HEADQUARTERS
Gencode is a Company based in Reggio Emilia, a town situated in the middle of Padania Valley which is one of the most industrialized and technologically advanced regions in the world: Padania Valley is the Italian core of Mechatronics, Tile, Food and Packaging Industries.
Our new headquarters was inaugurated in 2018 and from then on, we are ready for new projects and new markets.

NC-510 Print height 72.8 mm, for porous surfaces, cardboard, wood
NC-510 is a high resolution printer designed to print barcodes, texts, logos, dates and any other type of information on porous and se- mi-porous surfaces with oil-based inks and on non-absorbent surfaces with UV and solvent inks. With a superior number of interfaces it can be easily integrated in any production line and connected to many devices (scales, scanners, LAN, BCD).
With the ink system (SINK), purge opera- tions are carried out without waste of ink. The ink is recovered and reused thus redu- cing ink consumption.
Savings compared to standard systems can be up to 50%. The new NetCoder technology allows the system to be totally modular.
The simple and intuitive touch screen con- sole can control up to four print heads simultaneously.
User friendly interface.
The colour 12” display and the touch screen together with the IconTouch interface makes it easy to setup and operate.
Coding and marking of products and packaging. The software allows to code products with a wide range of variable fields.
High resolution printing.
With a vertical print resolution of 180 dpi, NC-510 realizes very high quality prints.
Wide packaging customization.

QUAD-508: Print height 71.5 mm, for porous and non-porous surfaces, plastic, polystyrene, metal
QUAD-508 is an inkjet printer to print high resolution colour images, logos, texts and barcodes. With a superior number of interfaces it can be easily integrated in any production line. Based on 4 printheads with the basic co- lours: cyan, magenta, yellow, black (CMYK).
GrayScale technology generates ink drops from 12 to 72 pl size. Virtually any colour shade can be achieved by combining these drops.

Colour printing creates any kind of logo, highlights areas, prints hazard and danger signs, customizes and makes pleasant any packing material.
