Negri Lame Srl is a family-owned company established in 1961 in Milan specializes in the production of circular cutting tools. The constant growth in demand has enabled the company’s expansion: it changed its location several times until setting in Siziano (PV) in 2001, boasting a cutting-edge production facility from both operational and social perspectives. The company employs eco-sustainable process techniques, machineries and facilities.
The knives we manufacture allow for various types of cutting.
• Scissor cutting: we produce upper knives (tapered, flat or conical cup), lower knives and multiple lower counter knives, as well as various cutting groups (groove, packet or self-locking) and pneumatic knife holders;
• Pressure cutting: we manufacture upper knives, which are also used for tube cutting and cutting abrasive materials. Additionally, we produce contrast rings and pneumatic knife holders;
• Razor cutting: we produce upper, lower and contrasting knives.
Finally, a central service of the company is the Sharpening, through which our workers can restore damaged knives.
Our products are typically intended for three types of customers: machine builders, end-users and distributors. In particular, these three clusters operate in sectors such as paper or plastic factory, packaging production, labels, adhesive and/or abrasive materials and in the creation of non-woven fabric.
The goal of expanding into foreign countries involves creating new business relationships that can lead to the discovery of new commercial possibilities, but also pave the way for knowing innovative cultural and business dynamics.
The core of Negri Lame relies on two pillars: product quality, meticulously created in every detail by our employees, and costumer centrality, with Sharpening and Customization services.

Best blades to work with
These products are of standard use: in addition, Negri Lame also provides a customization service. Specifically, starting from the draft the customer sends, it is possible to create a tailor-made product to meet their needs. Moreover, production is facilitated by the fact that all processes take place in warehouse.
As an OEM company (“Original equipment manifacturer”), many of our customers that produce machinery engage us to request this service.
Knife holders and bottom knives, self locking, free lock, screw locking
The image represents our most iconic products: the upper knives, sorted in flat, dished and saucer shape. Also featured are knives holders and counter knives, distinguished by self-locking, free lock and screw locking. Additionally, the knives can have a simple, double or concave bevel.
These products can be crafted using various steel types: for example, for good wear resistance and excellent durability, K100 is the correct steel.
Multi bottom knives
The image represents the multi bottom knives designed to work with various types of blades and can have different types of locking, self, free or screw. Their use allows greater versatility in processing different materials and contributes to achieving more precise and efficient results during the cutting process.
Pneumatic knife holder for shear cut
The image represents a pneumatic knife holder for shear cut: the peculiarity lies in the use of compressed air to operate the cutting mechanism. We can produce the most used type of scissor with two different diameter: 130mm or 150mm. It can offer higher efficiency and reduce operator fatigue; also, it is suitable for applications during which significant force and precise control in the cutting process are required.
Crush cutting knives
The image represents the crush cutting knives. The major feature of these knives is the ability to apply pressure to materials, thereby creating a clean and precise cut. Our production allows the creation of these tools with a diamter ranging from 35 to 180 mm with different materials and finishes. They are commonly used in cutting processes for paper, light cardboard, adhesive tapes and various laminated materials.
