EMA-BIA is a new brand which was launched in 2018 following a project involving a new use of the Silk produced by the family owned company, which is based in the Como area and has been a leader in the silk production sector for over 40 years.
A new way of wearing silk by creating lines of accessories in particular bags with structured silk combined with leather, suede and jeans. selected materials of the highest quality and very fashionable
The models studied by EMA-BIA are always easy and practical and tied to the real use of the accessory. We have chosen to maintain a simple and linear design whilst adding a fashionable touch through the use of Silk.
Seen the very often extremely elaborate and colourful prints, we have decided to create an innovative "KIT line" which offers the possibility to very easily create a matching and highly fashionable outfit.
All three models of the Kit line have been created with a set of two coordinated small silk foulards(Silky Stripes) perfectly matching or combinable with the print of the bag, and can thus be worn alone or paired with the bag. There are also other models and types of bags such as shoulder bags, purses and wallets.
The EMA-BIA brand makes the 100% made in Italy guarantee its distinctive feature: the silk used is produced in Como, accessories and goods are produced and manufactured by selected Italian craftsmen.

Rigid silk clutch with floral or geometrical print.
Comes with 2 silky stripes in matching silk.
The elastic handle covered in silk is the detail which makes this clutch a one-of-a-kind silk clutch.
This detail makes the clutch easier to carry whilst leaving your hands free if necessary.
You will never have to put your clutch down and keep an eye on it again, from now on you will be able to hold it with you at all times.
The interior of the clutch is made in golden-colour lamé and also has a silk-lined pocket to avoid tearing and holes. The pocket can be closed with the zip which comes with a handy leather tassel.
The inserts in galvanized metal make the bag more resistant and enhance the shades of the silk even more. The clutch comes with a magnet closure to make closing the bag even more immediate and easy.
The posh silk evening clutch comes with a unique and exquisite kit which allows you to transform a classic outfit into an extremely sophisticated and researched one with the two silky stripes included in the kit.
The characteristic feature of the stripes is that they can be used in innumerable manners, depending on the need in just a few seconds you can easily transform your style into a classic, elegant or glam rock style.
2 foulard (Stripes) in pure silk with a print matching the one of the bag in two colours to be worn around the neck.
Also the packaging which comes with the kit as in eco-friendly foil stamped leather, and is conceived to be useful rather than beautiful: the eco-friendly leather container is very useful to store the kit in or can also be used as a container to organize other objects in within a suitcase.
Each kit is made up of 1 bag and 2 matching stripes included in the price.
The matching accessories of the silky kit are not sold separately.
