Mechanical Design Engineering
Prosystem Engineering offers its expertise in the field of mechanical design, managing projects in complete autonomy, from the feasibility study to the final layout and realization of the construction details of the machine/plants. These activities can be performed for the realization of:
• Robotized and/or automatic lines and islands;
• Test and testing benches and assembly stations;
• machinery such as elevators, roller conveyors, conveyors, automatic warehouses, palletizers;
• Handling and translation equipment;
• operating machines;
• Metal structures (from small to large size) with relative calculation report, seismic verifications and FEM (finite element method) analysis,
• Mining plants;
• Machinery for the food sector;
• Equipment for the ecological sector.
The main fields of application are the automation industry, the mechanical engineering industry, the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry.
The technical department is able to realize the projects with the help of the most popular 2D and 3D mechanical design software. Among these software those mainly used are AutoCad, Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor.
CE Marking and Machine Safety
Prosystem Engineering deals with the realization of Technical Documentation aimed at machine safety and CE marking, consisting of:
• The verification of the project carried out and indications of adaptation necessary to comply with the Minimum Requirements (RES) contained in Annex 1 of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC;
• The realization of the risk analysis with the indication of the actual adjustments and the description of any residual risks with the identification and list of the applicable standards;
• The verification of commercial documentation to be attached to the Technical File;
• The verification of drawings and structural calculations to be attached to the Technical File;
• The verification of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical documentation to be attached to the Technical File;
• The drawing up of the Use and Maintenance Manual complete with machine description, operating procedure, push-button panel description and software pages, maintenance operations and adjustments necessary for a correct use;
• The preparation of the declaration of conformity and preparation for CE Marking.
