Our Pecorino grows on the south facing exposure, near to our beautiful sea, the breezes that slowly cuddle the vines, maximising the expression of richness and sapidity.
APPEARANCE: straw yellow with green hint.
BOUQUET: Vibrant green apple that gives structure and body, fresh pear, elegant shadow of white flowers and almonds.
PALATE: Green apple, pear, hint of tropical fruit and nectarine, well balanced with floral hint, long lasting on the palate. Like an orchestra that plays in syntony each instrument is expressed clearly.
