Italian leader in the categories of anchovy and sardine preserved, Delicius was founded in 1974 in Parma and has produced shelf-stable fish specialties ever since. Over the years, it has grown from a family business to an Italian market leader, building its identity through high quality products. With plants in different Mediterranean basin countries, Delicius has built up an integrated system of skills: from catching to grading, from curing to packing. Safeguarding what is still a genuine craft and approaching business with a strong respect for sustainability (goals and commitments stated in our annual Report) and the safety of process and traceability certifications. All those peculiarities have led Delicius manufacturing, under its own brand and for third parties, a wide range of items for retail and foodservice distribution, for home and professional use, always keeping quality at first.
