LUBSYSTEM 600
The LUBSYSTEM series has been specifically designed for dirty work environments such as stamping factories and forges. The machines are completely enclosed in metal panels and allow for the application of special covers which greatly protect the moving metal parts from exposure to potentially harmful dust.
LUBSYSTEM FLEXI
The Flexy system is suitable for cold molding, for the lubrication of metal strips, mold parts and any element that requires constant amounts of lubrication over time. It comes with a dedicated PLC that manages an “infinite” number of spraying heads since it uses a specially designed head that is highly performant.
The lubrication coming out of the mounted nozzle can be in two shapes: full cone or blade.
DM9 MIXER
The DM system allows the mixing of water with release agents, even with a graphite base, with excellent product homogeneity. This line’s mixers are able to guarantee a constant dilution of the release agent and a mixing ratio without variations thanks to their continuous mixing system.
