Gradisca Spirits

We are 3 under 40yrs business partners that, after almost 15 years spent in the bar industry, decided to start their own spirit company, in order to offer a "bartender-to-bartender" product.

Our goal is to build a spirit portfolio that may respond to what we understand is our Mission:

GIN 969:

Distilled Gin, made with italian botanicals. We tried to recreate the typical smell of sea salt of our town with a mix of bitter dried orange peel, a mix of seaweed and a little star anis.

The label reminds contemporary art, with a mix of black geometrical shapes on a white background. The only colored shape is an Orange circle with the name 969 inside which reminds us about William D'Orange, the man who taught the british how to distill GIn

VODKA 31R:
31r is the palace where everything started, our first bar, Gradisca Cafe, her very minimal label is our way to try to put vodka again on the cutting edge of the spirit industry.

distilled at 37.5 ABV with italian grain is the state-of-the-art Vodka to sip and to be mixed!

APERITIVO CENTOVENTITRE':
Cut the crap, is our reinterpretation of Aperol, the most known italian liqueur, nowadays.
Great mix of different orange peels and sugar in alcohol, for the new direction of Spritz!

BITTER UAU:
Uau in italian is the onomatopoeic to express surprise, joy and everything that makes you feel Good. with an heavy mix of bitter herbs like gentian, rhubarb, quassium and cascarilla, this bitter liqueur starts with a glazed note, then becomes very bitter and at the end it goes again with a little sweetness, just perfect with soda, ice or in a perfectly balanced Negroni. bottled at 28ABV to get an " heavier " experience from a regular Campari.
