This is an example of how we work with our partners:
1) We received the 3D designs and additional requests from our partner.
2) We designed a 3D model of a jig and produced it to exact measurements.
3) We TIG welded and insulated the exhausts.
All these processes are subject to quality control following the ISO9001:2015 guidelines.

- To reduce weight, we've utilized only AISI304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm.
- To enhance resistance and quality, we've exclusively employed TIG welding technique.
- All flanges and supports are laser-cut.

This piece is made of AISI321 stainless steel to enhance resistance.
Originally crafted for one of our partners, here is our process:
- We designed the jig based on the 3D model provided by our partner.
- Our specialized welders and technicians constructed the jig to ensure quality, compatibility, and ease of repairs.
- We TIG welded the pieces.
All these steps are subject to strict quality control following ISO 9001 guidelines.
