Our small company is located in the Province of Foggia precisely in the countryside of Lucera. It is a family business and all our products are grown organically.
We deal with the production and processing of vegetable preserves in particular tomatoes and vegetables of the summer season and we also produce extra virgin olive oil. We love to collect and transform our product within a day, this allows us to obtain a quality product while maintaining the organoleptic characteristics without adding preservatives. As for the extra virgin olive oil, we produce two types: a blend consisting of 3 different cultivars of olives and a monocultivar consisting of the Peranzana olives typical of our territory with a fruity taste, fresh grass, tomato and artichoke. Also in this production we collect and grind within the day, we carefully choose the mill and we take care of every phase of the supply chain.

The first tomatoes known to Europeans were in all probability yellow tomatoes, golden yellow in color, hence the name "pomo d'oro". The yellow tomato different in flavor and for some of its nutritional properties from the red tomato has a sweet taste and is characterized by the total absence of acidity. Hand-picked, selected and processed within 3 hours of harvesting to bring only the true flavors, aromas and nutritional properties of tomatoes to the table. Processed according to organic regulations, no chemical treatment is applied and only organic fertilizers are used that avoid soil impoverishment and water pollution



The yellow tomato in water and salt is the result of a further selection of the product in the field in order to preserve it while maintaining the color, aroma and flavor of the cherry tomatoes throughout the year and enjoy them at any time as if they were just picked. They are excellent as a topping for pasta, to make delicious bruschetta, for pizzas and focaccias or as an appetizer. San Marzano, the classic peeled tomato obtained from our tomatoes which have reached the right degree of ripeness and rich in juice, are peeled and left whole. The extra virgin l'Armonico is a blend obtained from the blend and selection of the following cultivars: Peranzana 20%, Ogliarola 40% and Leccino 40%. It is identified under the olfactory aspect with intense fruity notes and cut grass, while the taste it is decisive, not overly spicy but rather delicate



The Monocultivar Peranzana extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a single cultivar with the name Peranzana itself. It has an intense and decisive taste. On the nose it releases elegant and refined aromas, an unripe fruity bouquet, enriched by pleasant hints of almond, dried fruit, artichoke and tomato. The taste after a sweet entry opens in all its fullness, becomes intense and persistent, slightly bitter with a surprising spicy note. At the table it is perfect raw on bruschetta, legume soups or fish dishes.
