Sari-Azienda Agricola was born in 2018. We grow aromatic and medicinal plants organically in the area of Trecastagni (CT), on Etna. These plants, in our agro-herbal laboratory, are transformed, through the drying process, into spices and herbal teas.
We also produce and market other local products such as jams, honey and dehydrated snacks.
We offer third-party services for companies that wish to dry aromatic and medicinal herbs, fruit and vegetables. Furthermore, in our lot in Trecastagni, the Spazio Sari, we organize events and offer various kinds of experiences to the public (concerts, aromatic itineraries, wellness itineraries in nature).

Lava- Herbal tea
The core of this herbal tea is an exquisite and intense citrus flavour, an essence blend made from the most typical fruits of the Etna territory, granulated apple and orange. Its fruity flavour is well matched to the sweet notes of marigold flowers, collected on the Etna terraces, and the rustic spiciness of chilli. A comforting and precious remedy for the harmony of body and spirit on cold winter days.

Bosco-Herbal Tea
The core of this herbal tea is a blend of all the most typical elements of the Etnean forest. A mixture of chestnut and bramble leaves, oak bark and flowers of the most typical plant on the volcano: the yellow broom. Tannic and astringent flavour, excellent to use to warm up from the typical autumn rains and from the cold winter days.
