Distilleria Negroni is placed in Italy in Mareno di Piave in the heart of the “Marca Trevigiana”, known worldwide for the production of Prosecco Docg.
The Distillery was founded in 1919 by Sir. Guglielmo Negroni and has been producing high quality crafted aperitifs, spirits & liqueurs ever since. Today we continue this tradition constantly looking for the best raw materials available, offering a final handcrafted product of highest quality.

This liqueur is made from a natural infusion of bitter herbs and spices such as orange and lemon peels, rhubarb, gentian, licorice and quassia. The infusion, in a hydroalcoholic solution, lasts for 20 days and is then filtered using traditional methods. It is typically used as a blending product. Alcohol by Vol 25%

This Grappa is obtained through the slow distillation of selected Cabernet and Merlot skins using the "bain-marie" discontinuous method.
The resulting distillate is then aged for at least 10 years in oak barrels where it acquires great complexity and smoothness and an intriguing spicy note.

Invecchiamento/aging: 10 anni in botti da 225 litri / 10 years in 225 liter oak barrels



This artisanal liqueur, made using Williams pears and Brandy, demonstrates Distilleria Negroni’s extraordinary knowledge, combining Italy’s historic traditions with great technique to offer intriguing and innovative products. This liqueur is created using a traditional Italian Brandy of our production aged for 5 years in oak barriques. It is then infused with pear juice and a distillate of William pears that give the final product a clean fruity taste that perfectly balances with the pleasantness of the aged Brandy.
To be served cold or on the rocks as an aperitif or after a meal, it is also delicious mixed with ice-cream.
