Since 1848 the Tirelli brand of M.R.M. SRL is a milling of soft wheat flour, in the town in the countryside of Piacenza, a little city in the north of Italy, near Milan.
With passion and commitment we buy and check, in our laboratory, the best wheats, selected to create our range of flours.
Our flours vary in W and protein and are suitable for all types of processing, such as:
bakery, biscuits, brioches, sweets and all types of bakery products.
Our products are differentiated by colours, which identify their strength and elasticity.
