Rollers, Chain and Belt Conveyors
Tecmas designs and manufactures roller, chain, and belt conveyors. We handle products of unit weight from a few kilograms up to a few tons. The different types of transport are integrated according to the need of the product to be handled.
Overhead Transportation
We develop overhead transport systems that allow you to optimize the use of space in your industrial reality. Intelligent vehicles run on monorails with switches and diversions and can connect the various production departments and storage warehouses. Our system has the advantage of moving the product at a height, without occupying the floor space, making the most of the volume of your plant. We have experience in controlled environments such as refrigerated warehouses and clean rooms.
Stacker Cranes and Vertical Elevators
We design and manufacture solutions for vertical product handling such as Stacker Cranes and Vertical Elevators.
Our machines allow you to connect different levels of the building, or distribute the product inside a vertical warehouse.
The applications for our systems are many: we handle pallets, boxes, and rolls. We can modulate dimensions and performance according to the particular customer’s needs.
End-Of-Line machinery
Whatever the product, Tecmas offers solutions for the final handling phase within the logistics warehouse.
In this category of machinery, we are able to design and produce encasing and palletizing systems that guarantee easier management and handling of the product destined for shipment.
AGV - CTS (Can Transport System)
The AGV Can Transport System is a fully automatic driverless vehicle designed to carry out the task of moving the sliver cans withing your cotton spinning facility: transporting them out of the draw frames to the spinning machines and returning the empty cans to the draw frames. The AGV can pick up the cans from a specific location, load them on board the vehicle itself, transport, and deposit them in the specific chosen deposit positions. This vehicle is equipped with the latest inertial guidance method, which guarantees absolute positioning accuracy and at the same time allows for simple installation: no cutting of the floor, installation of laser reflectors or other preparatory work is required.
