My name is Andrea and I am incurably in love with the world of pastry.
The art of kneading is an ancestral need that has matured within me, a real need that has slowly grow up to make its way into my life.
With my brothers, Roberto and Luca, I share the same dream: to give you the taste of a smile, the taste of an emotion, the scent of a joy, enveloped in the softness of my dough, the crunchiness of the glazes, the sweetness of creams and candied fruits that color my creations.

Andrea Barile is an Italian pastry chef specialized in artisan Xmas and Easter cake production such as panettone and colomba. The range is completed by other products such as bauletto and babà. Every year the company participates into the biggest competitions dedicated to panettone and colomba producers receiving important accolades. All the items in the range are products with the finest ingredients after a deep knowledge, expertise and research about raw materials.
