XRIT is a company founded in 2019 that is based in Sassari and, through the technologies of Extended Reality, IoT and Artificial Intelligence, develops various products for various fields such as engineering and construction, education, entertainment and gaming.
Our company, already operating successfully in the national and international market, has received prestigious awards for its contribution to innovation in the various areas in which we operate. Among the most recent, the recognition of the Smau Innovation Award 2023, awarded to Ferrovie dello Stato (Italian National Railway) for having adopted our XRS product dedicated to the world of engineering and construction on its own sites, and the DIHCUBE prize from Deloitte and ANCE.
The willingness of the company is linked to the development of systems and technologies that allow the users to enjoy an immersive experience in which virtual elements and real world can coexist, allowing to be repeated in any place, regardless of the presence of references on site, ensuring a centimetric accuracy of the localization of contents. The system summarizes in itself all the operational and construction needs necessary for the construction of a building and/ or plant, through all its phases, from design, construction, up to maintenance. With the scanning and object recognition tool it is possible to acquire all the elements of a structure and then export the acquisition processed in real time in the reference formats of the industry in the field of 2D, 3D and BIM design. Shared models can be imported into projects and/or visualized in Extended Reality and 1:1 scale anywhere, to optimize time and cost and decision-making processes related to each stage of a work.
