After malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine ages in steel tanks for 3-4 months with subsequent bottle aging for another 3-4 months. Compact ruby red color with purple highlights, intensely perfumed with ripe red fruit. Good balance in the mouth and soft tannins, it is excellent with medium-aged cheeses and roast with potatoes.
