Great expression of Chianti, it shows appealing aromas of small red berries with hints of spicies and flowers. Medium body and very good balance with velvety tannins and a pleasant acidity. The finish shows a good freshness.

The DOC Cannonau di Sardegna has an intense ruby red color. The mouthfeel is fresh, with a good structure and dense, well-integrated tannin texture, and floral and fruity notes on the nose. Distinctive hints of wild berry combine splendidly with notes of dark chocolate and tobacco. A good concentration of tannins, finely balanced by a pleasing acidity, lingers on the palate.

A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre yields a red wine redolent of Mediterranean aromas that match the character of the grapes it stems from.

Tasting notes: bright amber color. In the nose it recalls aromas from date to saffron and barley candies. Well balanced in the palate, fresh and delicately sweet with hints of caramel, coffee and hazelnut.
