Tipicilentani is a specialized production lab in typical products of Cilento. It is in Montesano Sulla Marcellana, South of Italy.
The activity brings back the flavors of Mediterranean Diet in a modern key with a curious and attractive packaging. Ready meals that include the needs of a healthy, fast, and tasty diet. Thanks to the Social and Ecommerce platforms the lab shows all the production chain. From the selection of raw materials to the craftsmanship.

Grilled pumpkin in oil is a typical Cilento product.
Perfect to accompany meat main courses and cheese platters, especially aged ones.

Ingredients: pumpkin (64%), sunflower oil, virgin olive oil (12%), salt, white wine vinegar (contains SULPHITES), garlic, mint.

Pumpkin cream with virgin and olive oil is a delicate comfort food, ideal for seasoning first and second courses.
It can be served accompanied with croutons, bringing delicious finger food to the table for an aperitif, but it is also ideal for seasoning pizza, a quick pasta, saves lunch or saves dinner or to accompany meat and fish-based main courses.

Ingredients: pumpkin (75%), virgin olive oil (19%), lemon juice, onion and salt.



Grilled aubergines in oil are a typical Cilento product.

Mixed fried vegetables with virgin olive oil known as "Ciambotta" is a typical Cilento product preserved in virgin olive oil.
It is prepared with mixed vegetables such as: aubergines, peppers, courgettes and tomatoes.
Excellent with the addition of seasoned sausage or with fried egg cooked in vegetables, it can also be used as a condiment for a pasta dish or to flavor a bruschetta or still used as a side dish for meat main courses.



Cime di Rapa with virgin olive oil are a typical product of Cilento.
They are known in other places as broccoli/friarielli and represent a perfect preserve to eat in combination with bruschetta, piade or freselle.
Practical and convenient also to embellish an appetizer, whet your appetite or become a useful ingredient for flavoring pasta, pizzas, focaccia or fried gnocchi.
