SPINCap is an innovative Closing and Access Control System for tanks, with data Acquisition, Recording, Admin and Surveillance functions. An electronic lock for your filling valve.

The access “key” is provided through an INTUITIVE MOBILE APPLICATION. Only authorized operators will have the authorization to remove the cap and then access the tank valve. Completely self-powered with more than 8 YEARS autonomy, the hardware is contained in a waterproof cell protected by a manganese steel shell, cutting and drilling resistant.
The SPINCap system is designed and full compliant with the most recent European Directives like ATEX (2014/34/EU), RED (2014/53/EU) and EMC (2014/30/EU).
Hardware, based on ARM Cortex M4 MCU, interfaces with Android mobile devices (6.0 or higher) via Bluetooth 4.1. When the electronic lock is in “rest” condition, the rotation of the cap does not allow to unscrew it from the filling valve. Following the unlocking procedure via Android APP, the device exits from “rest” condition and it is therefore possible to unscrew it from the tank valve. SPINCap can be unlocked only by enabled operators (verification through login credentials) following the generation of unlocking keys called “Token“.

SPINLevel constantly monitors the tank parameters and trasmit the collected data to the server through GSM network.
Easy to install without any external connection, completely self-powered with more the 5 YEARS of expected lifespan, includes repleceable batteries to extend the operating life time.
End-users can monitor thir LPG level in real-time through the mobile APP , that can also notify them about marketing opportunites (special discounts, customized promotions, etc).
The SPINLevel system is designed and full complaint with the most recent European Directives like ATEX(2014/34/EU), RED(2014/53/EU) and EMC(2014/30/EU).
SPINCath is an automatic monitoring system of the tank cathodic protection.

SPINCath constantly monitors cathodic protection system of your LPG tank and trasmits collected data to the server through an Android terminal or SPINLevel device (soon directly also by means of GSM and NB IoT network).
Easy to install in place of cathodic protection junction box, self-powered with more than 5 YEARS of expected lifespan, it provides repleceable batteries to extend the operating life time.
The SPINCath system is designed and full compliant with the most recent European Directives like ATEX (2014/34/EU), RED (2014/53/EU) and EMC (2014/30/EU).
SPINCath is a device that can be easily installed on LPG tanks, which allows automatic cathodic measurement (current and voltage) and the continuos saving of these values.
The collected data is stored locally on the device and transmitted to the remote database via connection through an Android terminal equipped with the SPINApp application or through SPINLever device.
The system is powered by no. 2 CR2450 batteries easily available on the market, for an estimated duration of approximately 5 years depending on usage modes.
SPINCath° is integrated into the SPIN•Systern suite, already including SPINCap and SPINLevel°. However, the manual measurement of cathodic protection parameters remains accessible to the operator.
The ultimate data and analysis platform

The SPINCap web server allows to monitor the events from Android application that interacts with the cap. At regular intervals the application sends to the web server the operations that have been implemented on the SPINCap which are then stored in an SQL database.
The SPINCap web server was built with RoR (Ruby on Rails) version 5.x.
At the current stage, the recorded operations concern: the user’s login; Bluetooth connection; time, date and number of opening/closing actions; time, date and tank ID of installation/uninstallation of the cap.
It is also possible to monitor the position of the caps and tanks on which they have been installed. Furthermore the system is set up to extend the type of events recorded (i.e residual capacity of the tank and real time operations*) and to install plugins that allow you to make statistics on the data gathered.
The events are stored in a SQL database and the SPINLevel web server is built with Ror (Ruby on Rails) version 5.x.
The typical events recorded are:
-periodic tank level
-tank fill event
-tank empty alarm
-tank spill alarm
-instrumentation pit flooding alarm
-SPINCap breaking attempt alarm
-SPINCap status change event(open,close, battery level, etc)
-ambient temperature
The system is set up to extend the type of events recorded (i.e. real time operations and data form additional sensors*) and to install plugins that allow to make statistics on the data gathered.
