The history of the farm dates back to the sixties, from Grandma Maria's passion for Cervaro olive trees and her dream of building a family farm to produce her beloved olive oil. The quality of this olive oil is inextricably linked to the extraordinary land of Cervaro, located on Mount Aquilone. On these slopes extremely high-quality oil has been produced for years, oil which the ancients deemed holy due to its therapeutic and medicinal properties.
Over time the company has expanded, obtaining organic certification and today produces 30000 kg of oil from 40 hectares of land and 11800 olive trees.
