New Door is a young company with deep roots in the past: it was established in 2013 by Mauro Pillon, who boasts 30 years of expertise in the industry.
Thanks to its specific knowledge and know-how, our company stands out for its ability to clad all kind of materials, even the most demanding ones — not only in PVC films, but also in fabric, paper and other coating films. Moreover, all New Door products must pass a complex, highly-selective peeling test, which ultimately underlines our search for top quality year after year. New Door is one of the few companies abiding by the RAL-GZ 716 standard for cladding.
Cladding/Lamination:
Aluminium and steel sheets are processed appropriately, coated on one side with a wood-look or plain-colour PVC film for exterior applications (manufactured by RENOLIT® or HORNSCHUCH®), and then glued by means of a specific outdoor adhesive. The finished side is finally coated with a removable protective film.
