We are a grower and direct farm-to-table shipper of organic avocados grown on the sunny coastal valley of Mascali, Sicily. We believe that fresh and delicious Sicilian organic avocados should be available to everyone, not just at our local farmers markets. We developed a Tree-To-Table model where we handpick and ship our avocados to order so our customers are guaranteed the highest quality and freshest avocados on the marketplace.
Conventional store-bought avocados are typically 2–7 weeks old by the time you purchase and cut them open. Due to being located in the perfect microclimate, Avocado Farm Italy's avocados are held on the tree until the day you order. This ensures the highest oil content, unsurpassed freshness, and quality you can see and taste. No other avocado is fresher than we are!

Organic avocados
We organically grow our avocados in the most vocated valley of Sicily, under the cool influence of the Ionian Sea and on the slopes of the magnificent Mount Etna. Avocados are custom-ripened to the desired PSI to meet customers standards. We strive to fulfill your orders in the most timely way. Variety of pack styles that can be ordered include 4kg and 6kg flats, 10kg cartons, RPCs, club size cartons and pallets up to 1-ton. Private retail labeling on bags, stickers and cartons also available. Avocados are harvested and packed same day as the shipping to guarantee the maximum degree of freshness throughout the journey to your table. Diverse offering of bagged avocados configured to fit clients standards including by piece and by weight.
Organic guacamole
Avocado Farm Italy's guacamole is organic certified and it's hand-prepared using fresh ingredients including 100% Hass avocados. Each recipe has its own mix of fresh ingredients such as onion, garlic, jalapeno peppers, tomatillo, serrano peppers and cilantro with a little bit of salt.
No preservatives here. After preparation, our guacamole is packaged in either pouches or trays and sealed fresh. The secret is cold pasteurization via Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) technology. The process has the very same inactivating effect on microorganisms as methods using heat or chemicals. But unlike those harsh methods, UHP has no affect whatsoever on taste, texture, color, nutritional value or the vitamin content of the food. It is also possible to have it frozen for long term storage.

Avocado Farm Italy's avocado pulp is organic certified and it's hand-prepared withouth any other ingredient. Just pulp from avocado 100% Hass. It has a chunky texture, which is fine enough to be spread over sliced bread.
