My name is Debora and I was born in Treviso, a little beautiful town close to Venice… just where Tiramisu was born!
My aim is to popularize the delicious but little known authentic Tiramisu we serve in Treviso, often confused with the "tiramisu-flavored desserts" and their infinite versions.
Tiramisu Choice is my project: real tiramisu, made where this specialty was born, fully compliant with the original homemade recipe, without any additional ingredients. Our cream contains 64% of fresh mascarpone cheese: you will taste the huge difference between fresh Mascarpone and its commonly used lyophilized version.
Tiramisu Choice is not the usual tiramisù-flavored dessert but an authentic Treviso experience that will exceed all your customers expectations!
We have chosen the only natural preservative: low temperature. Frozen Tiramisù with a 18 months shelf life guarantee and a totally clean label.
Our packaging is 100% plastic free and is designed both for retail and ho.re.ca.
We provide single servings, multipacks, family sizes and ready-made mascarpone cream.
