Fratelli Milano is an Artisan Roastery places in Rome born in 2019. We are a young company and young people with a total passion for this dark and aromatic beverage. Our love for the coffee starts from the very beginning, so the raw coffee. We went directly to the farm to see how the beans are treated and to choose the perfect plantation for our beens.
After completed the selection, the roast section comes, and here there are our professionalism and love. Since every origin need a different, roasting time, temperature and degassing time, we roast every origin separately, and only when all processes are completed, we mix them creating our blends.
