Our company locally produces, processes and sells various cuts (skin and vacuum packed) of this special breed, which is IFS and BRC certified.
Since 1974 we supply distributers, restaurants and supermarkets all over Italy and have been exporting to Europe and outside of Europe for the last 15 years.
