Since 1974 we supply distributers, restaurants and supermarkets all over Italy and have been exporting to Europe and outside of Europe for the last 15 years.

The T-bone steak is the most typical and famous cut of the Italian Chianina breed, known as the "Bistecca alla Fiorentina".



Having the entire long rib bone french-trimmed left on the steak, the Tomahawk has an amazing presentation.



The bone in Rib-eye steak is one of the most common and best types of steak sometimes called beauty steaks, as the yare tender, juicy and very flavorful, with just the right amount of fat.
