The Founder Dott. Inverso Vincenzo was born in Battipaglia where he has always distinguished himself for his commitment, love and attachment to his territory. He has been at various times and at various levels of public administrator participation, with important positions of responsibility.
Graduated in Business Sciences (with a thesis on the internationalization process of SMEs in southern Italy) he then perfected through Masters in Marketing, Business Administration and City Management, between Rome, Milan and Salerno, in continuity with his professional commitment through the incubator of ideas Inversomba.it. It is precisely in the Ideas Incubator (located in the City of Battipaglia) that the -Start Up- Branded Ancient Mozzarella di Battipaglia project was born and grows from the recovery of the Ancient Dairy Tradition.

The Project, in addition to promoting and marketing the greatest food and wine excellence of the Territory (Presidia of the Mediterranean Diet – UNESCO Intangible Heritage of Humanity), aims to recover, protect and enhance the historical memory and centuries-old traditions of men and women that still today they work in the local dairies. Here ancient techniques and traditions, handed down from generation to generation, allow in a unique way the processing of the prestigious Buffalo milk freshly milked and collected in the prosperous Piana del Sele.

So that even today the Ancient Mozzarella di Bufala di Battipaglia, through our Master Chefs, relive every day in the taste and goodness, in its various forms, on tables all over the world …

It is a fresh and soft cheese that is obtained from whey that derives from the coagulation process that precedes the production of Mozzarella, with the aroma of buffalo aromatic milk.



It is a fresh, spun and soft paste cheese. Pearly white in color with a sticky and elastic consistency. The braided surface is shiny, smooth and thin, with the scent of buffalo aromatic milk.



The Sizzona dell’ Antica Mozzarella di Battipaglia ® is made up by itself and booked by reservation is the Giant Format of the Mozzarella made with Buffalo Milk. From which our expert cheesemakers (during the strictly handmade process) obtain the second rite of the edition from an appendix in the shape of a “nipple”.

With the aromatic scent of Buffalo milk, it is a pleasure for everyone to see and taste.
