Ours is the story of a family, a family that carries out a new project to give birth to a new adventure… our company. Daniele proposes his new idea to his wife Chiara, together they decide to realize it and make it reality. Thus was born the company that produces the Amaro Gerlando, an amaro with fresh herbs and spices, completely artisanal, all worked strictly by hand, filtered with gauze, bottled and labeled always strictly by hand and ready to arrive on your tables.

Coming from Sicily and produced with fresh herbs and spices, all macerations and infusions are made cold to capture the most intense aromas and keep their organoleptic properties intact. GERLANDO AMARO 47 is a meditation bitter, the result of the refinement of our Gerlando Amaro in highly sought-after oak wood, noble with amber and warm colors capable of surprising for its marked aromaticity and roundness. With an alcohol content of 34% it is perfect to drink neat accompanied by dried fruit, leavened desserts or cheeses.
Round and delicate nose
, it amazes for the intense fresh notes that refer to the aromas of the fresh herbs and spices used.
Palate
Full and enveloping, the wood gives it thickness and importance.
Long
and soft finish, vanilla, pine resin and waxy notes. It also has lemon zest and a fruity touch. Sweet, with a nice transition to a bitter and citrusy finish on the palate. A fuller, more modern approach and clean, well-focused flavors that support each other.
