HOW DO WE MAKE TAHINI?
The process of making Tahini is time consuming, but one which we consider a labor of love. We use a unique slow cooking process which helps keep most of those mighty seed nutrients, offering a nutrient-dense sesame butter. The perfect combination of silky-smooth paste with a creamy texture.
Our seeds are roasted over gas-powered flames (rather than the conventional steam), following traditional methods. The seeds are grounded by the authentic process of grind-stoning.
