Con una media di 1,2 chili di frutta per ogni chilo di dolce confettura, shunnamo l'aggiunta di pectine, coloranti, conservanti e aromi artificiali. Questa scelta è un omaggio alla genuinità, permettendo alla natura di esprimere la sua ricchezza senza veli. Abbracciamo la modernità che, attraverso la cottura in vuoto a bassa temperatura, ci permette di catturare l'essenza, il colore e il gusto autentico dei frutti. Our chestnuts, lovingly hand-picked in the lush forests of Stio, are the heartbeat of this sweet and enveloping cream. The unique and unmistakable character of chestnuts is elevated by a caress of sweetness, thanks to cane sugar, responsibly imported by Italia Zuccheri through a sustainable supply chain.

With the simplicity of just two ingredients, our chestnuts and brown sugar, Chestnut Cream celebrates the essentiality and purity of flavors that our land generously offers.

Ingredients: Chestnuts harvested from our chestnut grove, sustainable cane sugar provided by Italia Zuccheri.
