A young and motivated company, which aims to spread and strengthen the Ho.Re.Ca. sector network and to enter the G.D.O. markets with dynamism, proactivity and end-customer management, in all the steps of the process: from ordering, supplying, to logistics management.
We produce three product lines:
- Fresh pizza and pinsa bases (stored in Atmosphere Mod. (ATM) between 0°C and +4°C);
- Deep-frozen pizza and pinsa bases (stored in a deep-freeze at -18°C);- Deep-frozen stuffed round pizzas (stored in a deep-freeze at -18°C);Our Modified Atmosphere (ATM) products, handcrafted from quality raw materials, are stored in a 140 micron plastic film, which guarantees a shelf-life of 45 days (15 days longer than standard). They are easy to use and reduce processing time and production costs.
