The real Sicilian organic olive oil!

Our oil is made with several excellent varieties of olives:
About 70% nocellara del Belice, 22% biancolilla, 8% giarraffa.
The olive grove is located on a hilly terrain of medium texture, just 1km from the sea and give life to a unique product, thanks to traditional manufacturing processes.

All the love for tradition is enclosed in our oil!

Once upon a time... and there still is, a precious oil with a rich and authentic flavor, which comes from the union of excellent raw materials, love for one's roots and dedication to one's work.

The "Mamma Angelina" oil comes from the passion for olive groves that has been handed down for generations, a passion that has been able to generate a historic oil for years, which carries on the tradition, but which at the same time is constantly improved to ensure that the product can always be the best.

Produced exclusively with organic olives with a cold milling procedure.

The cold pressing process, compared to hot pressing, allows the extraction of the content without altering the organoleptic properties of the product.




How our oil is born
The first step in obtaining an excellent oil is to choose the right moment.

Taste, smell, harvest, this usually goes from October to the end of December, but to choose the ideal period you need to take into account the climatic conditions and know how to evaluate the stage of ripeness of the olives

Once ready, they are harvested by hand and with rakes and stored for a maximum of 24 hours in well-ventilated baskets, then taken to the mill, where the various stages of cold pressing are carried out:

• wash
• grinding
• kneading
• pressing
• centrifugation
• filtration
The product is always subjected to certified biochemical analysis, also excellent for weaning the child and for burn therapy.
The conservation of the product takes place in a highly hygienic environment at a constant and controlled temperature, up to the bottling and packaging in glass bottles of 250, 500 and 750 cc
