Two engineers and an olive grove. Our dream comes to life with Azienda Agricola Bianchini.
We are Rosa and Giorgio, Data Analyst and Environmental Engineer and with this project we want to transform olive growing thanks to an ethical use of technology. Our olive groves are located in Tuscania, a small village between Lake Bolsena and Rome, in Tuscia viterbese's heart.
"I would never give people what I wouldn't eat."
This phrase by grandfather Saverio marks, day by day, our entire activity.

Caninese - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Caninese is an ancient variety of olive tree, cultivated in the area of the
Tuscia viterbese since Etruscan times. Very rustic and adaptable it is the flagship of these territories.
The oil it produces is deep green, with a fruity aroma in which bitterness and spiciness are in balance and agree pleasantly to the herbaceous notes.
Format: 100 ml bottle, 500 ml bottle, 3 L bag in box.
Nocellara - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Nocellara is a highly prized cultivar native to Sicily. The extraordinary adaptability of these trees allowed Rosa and Giorgio to have them perfectly integrated with the soils and climatic conditions of Tuscia.
The oil obtained from this variety ranges in color from yellow to deep green, with a medium fruity aroma in which notes of almond, herbs, green tomato and cut grass are imprinted. Bitterness and pungency are quite distinct and balanced with each other.
Format: 100 ml bottle, 500 ml bottle, 3 L bag in box.
Sinopolese - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sinopolese is a cultivar native to Calabria. These plants are well adapted to intense cold and periods of drought, so they are very hardy and adaptable even in the Lazio region.
The oil that Sinopolese produces is a light and very delicate fruitiness with hints of grass, almond and green fruit.
Format: 100 ml bottle, 500 ml bottle, 3 L bag in box.
