Since 1903, our company has been producing bread and bakery products for families, supermarkets, i
bars and restaurants with a widespread distribution across the entire Paganella plateau. In the
In recent years we have acquired customers in Giudicarie and Piana Rotaliana.
Historic owners of the Donini Bakery in Molveno, we made the big leap in 1996
by associating ourselves with the Perli Bakery in Andalo and giving life to Doper, a name born from the union of
surnames Donini and Perli. Strengthened by this new agreement, at the end of the 90s, facing a
enormous risk, we started producing frozen raw and pre-cooked bread and more
recently frozen cooked bread that we supply to several large distributors in Northern Italy
which in turn supply the most important supermarket chains in Italy and abroad
to bars, restaurants, communities. We are talking about industry leaders such as Vandemoortele, Panificio San
Francesco, Water and Flour, Agora, Antico Forno della Romagna.
Strengthened by a century of experience and faced with the increase in demand for frozen bread, in
2016 we decided to build a new factory in Molveno equipped with machines
cutting-edge and with spaces suitable for our production. In the new bakery, operational
since 2019, we have 3 automatic production lines (round, soft and wrapped bread),
of an automatic robotic packaging line and a storage warehouse for the
frozen food of 300 m2: on average approximately 4 trucks per week leave our company
25,000 kg of frozen bread in addition to the daily production of fresh bread, focaccia, pizza,
strudel and other baked and pastry products such as mignon, fresh, traditional cakes,
cookies.
In 2021 we obtained the prestigious IFS certification with a "high level" score which
we maintained in the following years. In 2023 we also signed up to the platform
international ECOVADIS to verify the level of environmental and social sustainability
of the Company in order to monitor the performances obtained and evaluate corrective actions
where necessary.
We have the ability to develop products upon specific customer request both with
already established recipes and with new recipes.
Finally, we are preparing to create a new product storage warehouse
finished so as to be able to significantly and further increase production capacity.
We are available to create new products based on customer requests and/or modify existing products
