Founded in 1990 in Poggibonsi (Tuscany), Bisniflex is a company specialized in the artisanal production of mattresses, pillows, and toppers. In over thirty years of activity, we have built a solid and recognizable identity, based on attention to detail, the quality of raw materials, and reliable delivery times. Today, we are a benchmark in the industry thanks to our ability to combine experience, innovation, and a forward-looking vision.
Our products are entirely manufactured within our own departments, where manual work and the experience of specialized staff are integral to the production process.
The combination of next-generation machinery and manual workmanship allows us to maintain high levels of customization and quality control. Each mattress, pillow, or topper is made to measure, tailored to specific needs, using carefully selected materials and assembly techniques that ensure durability, ergonomics, and comfort.

On one hand, we manufacture for companies and retailers in the bedding, recreational vehicle, furniture, healthcare, contract, and hospitality sectors, both locally and nationally, offering customized solutions, even in large volumes. Mattresses Pocket springs Dynamic H25
Dynamic is a supporting and soft mattress for an ideal ergonomic comfort.
The inner structure with 1500 pocket springs guarantees comfort and diversified support for different 7 body parts. It is combined with pure Expanded 3cm 28Kg/Mc dense on each side with a hypoallergenic fiber padding.
Lining is made with Viscose fabric and treated with Sanized process, with antibacterial and anti-dust mites properties. The knitted band on the sides with 4 handles complements the mattress.

Memory Medium Pillow Fresh Nilit Breeze covering
Thanks to Viscoelastic fabric that gives it non-deformability, Memory Medio returns gradually to its original shape, guaranteeing optimal support.
The pillow is lined with Jersey cotton fabric.
The cover in Nilit Breeze fabric offers a pleasant fresh sensation and a speedy drying; machine-washable at up to 40°.

Wood-Metal bed bases Motorised Multicomfort
Motorised bed base with 3 joints for particular needs or even just for comfort. Motorised Multicomfort is an ergonomic bed base with an double structure iron frame.
Being a motorised bed base, its main feature is the electric motor connected to a controller, that allows movement. 3 joints allow you to find the best position for you to sleep in, especially if you suffer from blood circulation or postural problems.
The beechwood slats are inserted in special SEBS cushioned slat-holders, for a better elasticity and flexibility and differentiated firmness on the shoulders.
In the middle section of the bed base, the lower back area Motorised Multicomfort has slats with an efficient firmness-regulation system, with a customizable scale of value based on your weight. This system, together with the differentiated firmness on the shoulders, allows maximum adjustment for every need or issue, for a better rest and enhancement of the chosen mattress.
Available in single, French type or double. The double bed base with double cot, is available (upon request) with a single cot/lift device.
