- Company details
Based in Trieste, the Italian Capital of Espresso since 1966, we can proudly say coffee has defined our lives for three generations.
Today, more than artisans, we like to call ourselves coffee artists. Each one of our recipes is the result of an accurate selection process, carried out together with passionate growers and a slow roasting process; and Forbes confirms this by officially considering us among the "100 Italian Excellences" in the food, restaurant, drink and wine sectors.
Our over 160 coffee products are nowadays exported to more than 35 countries worldwide.
We curate many aspects of the coffee sector though, not only production: our Academy, welcoming students from all over the world, has indeed been the first one in Europe to be certified as Premier Training Campus by the Specialty Coffee Association.
In December 2021 we have published our 5th book, CoffeExperts, based on the homonymous event Trieste Coffee Experts, organised by Bazzara espresso once every two years and hosting the most prominent personalities of the sector. The book covers a plethora of aspects related to the world of coffee, from the hot topic of sustainability to the history of coffee, the barista character, the preparation methods and much more. The topics are expanded on by personalities of the highest caliber.
Communication plays a huge role in our success. We produce original photo and video content which we share with our distributors all around the world. Our YouTube channel has hit the mark of 3.000.000 views and 10.000 subscriptions in 2021.
