We are an Italian start-up whose purpose is the production of prickly pear liqueur handcrafted in Sicily, where the prickly pear grows in all its flavor and deliciousness. As often, our journey started by chance. The passion of an Italian manager who produced artisanal liqueurs for personal use met the creativity of an Italian entrepreneur, who immediately perceived the value of this product and conceived its name
Fichissimo
With great care and passion, we handed over the original techniques and steps of liquor-making to a Sicilian distillery, which carefully preserves the same characteristics of simplicity and craftsmanship, without using any additives. The choice to cultivate our prickly pear trees and to produce our liqueur in Sicily is a tribute to this wonderful land: a warm and welcoming land, where such a juicy plant found a perfect home.
