NOISE s.r.l.

We are an Italian company specialized in the design, production and construction of sound-insulating and sound absorbing panels made of plastic material. Our company was founded with the mission of creating innovative and ecological solutions for environmental protection; hence we have developed noise barriers able to offer high acoustic and aesthetical performances along with an high speed of installation.

NOISE Le Difese® panels do not require any painting process: colouring is obtained directly on the external “skin” by dyeing the rough material during plasticization. This procedure prevents any dispersion of residual traces of paint in the external environment at both manufacturing and recycling stage. Consequently, the environmental impact is significantly reduced.

Our sound-absorbing panels meet all recent European Standards on acoustic and mechanical performance, long-term durability, stability requirements, general safety rules as well as environmental standards and product specifications.

Entirely made (i.e. panel body, end caps, internal sound-absorbing mats) of 100% recyclable plastic materials. Once dismantled, the product can be completely recycled by grinding and re-melting.

They are produced by continuous extrusion of recycled PVC (>90%) coming from recovered plastic components (shutters, window frames, pipes, etc.).

Le Difese® Panel noise barrier is a sound-absorbing and sound-insulating environmental system, designed to meet the needs of noise reduction in the road, industry and building sectors. It consists of panels made of an extruded tubular single body, being closed and rectangular, without any joints; it is characterized by a perforated side and a nonperforated one, an internal sound-absorbing mat and two end plugs with structural functions.
The panels, handleable assembled, are superimposable in work by means of a specific guide that keeps them vertically aligned one on the other.

Every component of our noise reduction barriers (main structure, end plugs, internal sound-absorbing mats) is made of plastic materials 100% recyclable.

These extruded sound-insulating panels are cut to the desired length (usually 3-4 meters) and drilled on one side to guarantee proper sound-absorption. Thanks to the extrusion process it is possible to obtain differentiated and optimized thickness: increasing or reducing it on the most or less stressed points of the panel.

The use of PVC for the outer body is advantageous under different points of view. PVC is self-extinguishing to flame, grade “V0”, therefore it does not require the addition of flame retardants; moreover, it is highly resistant to chemicals (ammonia, gasoline, oil, naphtha, etc.). This material also ensures low maintenance costs; the panels are repairable on site as regards small damage, using special adhesives that melt the material restoring its integrity. It is also “passivating”, i.e. the thin external oxide film developed over the time, operates as a protective filter. Furthermore, the fact that it does not require any painting treatment and it is not vulnerable to galvanic corrosion allows advantages in terms of environment (no dispersion and waste of paint and metal oxides) and economic benefits (cost reduction).

The “Le Difese® Slim 125” noise barrier is an environmental sound-absorption and sound-insulation system designed to meet the need to reduce noise pollution in the road, industrial and building sectors.

SLIM 125 consists of an integral box profile inside which a sound-absorbing mat is positioned. Two sound insulating end caps ensure structural function and ease of assembly. The panel is made using a tubular co-extrusion process and, once cut to the desired size, it is perforated on one side. The holes have different diameters in order to maximize sound absorption performance.
SLIM is stackable on site. The alignment, the acoustic seal and the connection between the panels are guaranteed by a continuous male/female U-shaped geometric coupling on the back of the panel.

Developed with the same technology as Panel 160, it is ideal for installations that require the use of narrower uprights and for upgrading pre-existing barriers.

All the components of our noise barrier (panel body, end caps, internal sound-absorbing mat, dyes) are made with 100% recyclable plastic materials.

The “LeDifese® Wall” is a sound-absorbing barrier to reduce noise.

This system is designed to be fixed by means of special aluminum supports, on a bearing structure (concrete, masonry, plasterboard...) having suitable static characteristics. The panels are made of partially recycled plastic material (PC-ABS, PVC, PC or PP) depending on the specific use.

All the components of our noise barrier (panel body, end caps, internal sound absorbing mat, dyes) are completely recyclable.

The box-shaped casings are 30 - 40% perforated on the total surface. They are provided with an inner mat made of recycled polyester fiber or mineral fibers, and a diffusion and ventilation chamber.

All single components having a nominal size of 50x50cm (equal to 4 single elements for each square meter of covered surface), are equipped with a special system to hook them to the aluminum support, at the same time connecting all elements to each other. All details are studied to allow correct thermal expansion, leaving the panel stability and geometry unchanged.

The aesthetic shape of the individual elements, combined with a range of colors at the customer’s choice allows the creation of suggestive geometries.

Noise "LeDifese Wall®", CE marked, complies with the UNI-ENI 1793 standard for acoustic performance and with the UNI-ENI 1794 rules for mechanical performance.
