REDALMO

We are Elisa and Mattia, the founders and owners of Redalmo Wines, a small winery located in the heart of the Veneto region, in Verona.
What makes Redalmo unique is our dual soul. All our vineyards are 100% estate-owned, but they are divided across two deeply distinct terroirs, allowing us to craft wines with completely different personalities:

• Our White Wine Soul (Verona): At Monte Castellaro, within the Soave Classico designation, we cultivate Garganega, our native white grape. Here, the vines thrive in volcanic soils characterized by black basalt, which gives the wine an incredible mineral complexity.
• Our Red Wine Soul (Vicenza): In the Colli Berici hills, the terroir completely changes. We work with ancient marine soils, limestone, and red clay. This environment is ideal for our red varieties, where we focus on Merlot and, most importantly, Marselan—a rare and fascinating French cross between Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our commitment to quality has recently earned us some extraordinary recognition. Redalmo Wines has been selected to be part of "Micro Mega Wines"—a prestigious collective of around 40 niche Italian wineries chosen by Ian D'Agata, one of the most authoritative and respected wine critics in the world.
Furthermore, we are incredibly proud that our Marselan was officially included in the list of the "100 Best Italian Wines" selected by Ian D'Agata himself

Our wine originates exclusivily from owned vineyards located in the hilly area of Lonigo, a town in the Berici hills
Vineyard soil caracteristics: red clays, calcareous soils, of marine origin
Vinification: The grapes collected in small crates are pressed and sent to a slow fermentation of approximately 15/20 days. During maceration, periodic pumping over and manual punching down are carried out. The cadenced delestages allow the floral and fruity aromatic exaltation that comes with this wine.
