Founded in 1983 and located in Bressanvido, province of Vicenza, Italy, Conserve Bonetto has become a cornerstone in the production and marketing of vegetable preserves, thanks to the unrivalled passion and long expertise in the food industry of its founder and staff.
The choice of raw materials is made directly by the producer, selecting controlled and certified supply chains and favouring Italian products, to enhance flavour and aroma.
Thanks to the quality of the provided products and the careful attention towards the improvement of its production standards, the Company has rapidly established itself in the domestic and foreign markets, becoming a referee for Food Service and Ho.Re.Ca. channels. Granting its quality, the company has successfully obtained the ISO 9001 certificate and BRCGS certificate, thanks to the constant and scrupulous efforts of its highly qualified personnel.
Conserve Bonetto stands out for its production of vegetable preserves, packed in sterilizable and suitable for pasteurization pouch bags, tin cans, and glass jars. The multiple recipes allow the products to fit to different stakeholders in various sectors of interest.
Truffles, champignon mushrooms, porcino mushrooms, other varieties of mixed mushrooms, hors-d’oeuvre, capers, artichokes, olives, spreads, creams and sauces characterize the assortment of the proposal.

Nata nel 1983 grazie alla passione e all’esperienza pluriennale nel settore agroalimentare del titolare e dei suoi collaboratori, la Conserve Bonetto si è rapidamente affermata come Azienda leader nella produzione e commercializzazione di conserve vegetali.

L’azienda si contraddistingue per la produzione di conserve alimentari confezionate in busta sterilizzabile e pastorizzabile, latte in banda stagnata e vaso in vetro. Le molteplici ricettazioni rendono i prodotti adatti a tutte le realtà dei settori di interesse.
Funghi champignons, funghi porcini, altre varietà di funghi di bosco, con anche antipasti, capperi, carciofi, olive, sughi e creme caratterizzano l’assortimento della gamma.

SAUTÉED PORCINI EXTRA IN PIECES in oil
Top-quality fresh porcini mushrooms chopped into large pieces, sautéed and preserved in sunflower oil. Excellent for main courses, side-dishes or as an accompaniment to meat-based dishes.
ARTICHOKES HEARTS in oil
Carefully selected whole artichokes without stem and preserved in oil. Ideal for garnishing hot and cold dishes and perfect as pizza topping.
DRIED TOMATOES in oil
Dried tomatoes preserved in oil and seasoned with spices, which give the product taste and fragrance. This extremely versatile product can be served as hors d’oeuvre and aperitif and it is suitable for all cold and hot uses in restaurants, pizzerias, and savoury pastries.

BLACK TRUFFLE SAUCE
Ready-to-use sauce made with finely minced champignon mushrooms enriched with black truffle. A high yield product that is suitable for all cooking preparations: main courses, pizzas and savoury pastries.
FRIARIELLI SAUCE
Sauce made with broccoli rabe, oil, and chili pepper. Delicious ingredient for savoury pies and tarts, quiches, or stuffing for meats. Combined with sausages it is a great topping for pizza, bruschetta, and sandwiches.
