TheThe Executive Coaching service offered by Performant by SCOA improve the individual managerial performance of the Executive involved as well as support his behavioural competencies development.
The process is conducted by internationally qualified by EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Business Coaches.
The objectives of each Business Coaching project are defined taking into account the challenges of the strategic and organizational environment and the objectives of the role held.
Our method starts from the role within the organizational context and the identification of the managerial skills needed to perform it competently.



Team Coaching services are thought to improve the effectiveness and to facilitate the development and the growth of both temporary and permanent Teams. The objective of the project are defined from the Team with the Team Leader and other stakeholders. It is a process of team’s effectiveness and productivity development, based on dialogue. The dialogue is a tool that requires some core competencies, such as listening, and some behaviours, such as suspension of judgment and the ability to ask questions. Thanks to these, during the Team Coaching sessions, dialogue is activated about the contribution of each member, the assumption of leadership according to the situation, and the definition of the decision-making process.
In the Team Coaching Programs, Team Leaders can either participate or not, and they can participate to each session of the program or only to some of them.
